The nova stalled out with a

Miles away from shade
We gripped our minds and started
Walking down the road

We never looked the other way
What started as a trip of clear-cut clarity
Has taken a wrong turn and put this trip on me
We now walk these death-laid halls

The fear is setting in
The vultures surround my bones
I dig my fingers in the concrete
To keep my soul

Leads us to new ways

We caught a glimpse looked like a cross
An unknown town society lost
